Automatic conveyor belt sand blasting machine, automated sandblasting system for aluminum parts

The Automated Conveyor Belt Sandblasting System is an automatic through-feed machine, achieves high processing efficiency with less labor, reduce cost in long term production. PLC control and electronic sensor technology enables blast guns to be automatically turned off when no components are present, eliminating waste of energy and unnecessary wear-and-tear on the machine.

The automated sandblasting system with belt conveyor design is designed for continuous sandblasting of flat shape metal workparts, such as aluminum parts, metal plates, aluminum pan, phone shell, notebook mainboard, etc.

• Variable Speed: The conveyor transportation speed is controlled by frequency, allowing adjustment for an optimal value when blasting different parts.
• High Automation: Only requires operator to place the workpiece on the conveyor belt; the sandblasting job is completed automatically, safely, and reliably.
• Adjustable Blast Guns: Blasting distance, swinging speed, and swinging angle can all be adjusted to fit various objects.
• Dust Management: Equipped with a large dust collector and special cyclone separator to effectively collect dust, ensuring a clear working cabinet and reducing environmental pollution.
• Abrasive Recycling: Used abrasives are recycled in a bottom funnel for constant utilization, reducing operational costs.

Working process of automated conveyor belt sandblasting system:

- Components are continuously presented to an array of pre-positioned guns as the parts are conveyed in and out of the blast chamber on an adjustable-speed belt.

- Up to 20 suction-blast guns are bracketed in fixed position, rotated on a turret or oscillated to cover more surface area, or they can sweep parts in linear motion synchronized with indexed movement of the belt.

- The 3-chambered cabinet isolates blasting for cleaner, quieter operation and features an air wash blow-off zone.

- The blasted surface of the product is clean, with no sticky debris. Automatic sandblasting avoids uneven effects and chromatic aberration, enhancing batch quality.

Note: We provide Custom Design service. The size of working chamber and the blast gun quantity can be made to meet specific requirements. The conveyor can be chosen from belt type, roller type, etc.
