This automatic conveyor belt sand blasting system is designed for automatic blasting of small work-parts in panel, tube or pan shapes, achieving batch production with high efficiency and consistent quality. Sizes, colors, conveyor type, blasting gun quantities and other special requirements can all be customized.
Automatic conveyor belt sandblasting machine applications:
Ideal for high-volume production of parts that cannot be subjected to part-on-part contact. Recommended for processing flat shape workpieces like steel plate, glass plate, wood plates, plastic plates, aluminum plates or profiles, as well as pipe or tube shaped objects. It is efficient for paint removing and rust-removing with uniform quality.
Operators fix work-parts on the conveyor belt. As they enter the sandblasting chamber, the guns automatically swing and blast, ensuring full coverage. Finally, parts exit the other side for discharging.
