QWD Series Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Machine is primarily designed for surface shot blast cleaning of small components, including thin-walled castings, fragile iron or aluminum alloy castings, and ceramic parts. It is also suitable for shot peening of mechanical parts to enhance their strength. This machine offers advantages such as excellent continuity, high cleaning efficiency, minimal deformation of workpieces, and a pit-free structure.
By utilizing shot blasting, it effectively removes rust layers, welding slag, and contaminants from the workpiece surfaces, resulting in a uniform metallic luster that significantly improves the quality of subsequent coating applications and corrosion resistance. The workpieces are conveyed through the blasting zone in an automatic, continuous, and uninterrupted manner, undergoing shot blast cleaning from multiple directions.
