Blatrixo Machine
The shot-blasting machine is an advanced equipment designed to clean the surface of steel structure welding workpieces, H-style steel, plates, and various profiles. It effectively removes rust spots, scales, welding slag, and welding stress, significantly improving surface lacquer quality and the rot-proof properties of the steel.

Impeller Head: The key part of the machine. It creates centrifugal and wind force during high-speed rotation to accelerate shots through the pipeline. The formed shot sector stream cleans the workpiece surface effectively.
Includes vane wheel, orientation jacket, and motor. Vanes use high-chromium wearing alloy for long life (approx. 1500-2000 hours). The blasting direction can be adjusted by turning the orientation jacket to ensure complete coverage.
