Product Description
Our blasting cabinets are produced by an experienced engineers team. To pursue the best performance, the cabinet body is steel plate welded with a powder-coated surface, which is more durable, wear-resistant, and lifelong than traditional painting. The main components are high-quality brands.
A dust removing system is used in the sandblasting machine, thoroughly collecting dust, creating a clear working view, and ensuring that the recycled abrasive is pure and the air discharged to the atmosphere is dust-free. Each blast cabinet includes a durable aluminum alloy casting blast gun with a 100% purity boron carbide nozzle.
Technology & Working Principle
Suction or Siphon Blast Cabinet: These employ the venturi siphon effect to suck abrasive into a pressurized stream of fluid, air, or water.
Direct Pressure Blast Cabinets: Pressure abrasive blast equipment makes use of a pressure vessel to energize the abrasive media. Direct pressure cabinet blast machines expel the media at much higher flow rates, cleaning up to 4 times faster than suction machines.
Wet Abrasive Blast Cabinets: Water replaces air to propel media. It reduces dust by over 90%, keeps parts cooler to prevent warping, and provides deep cleaning with no embedding of abrasive media.
