Integrated machine for internal spraying and external polishing of steel pipes

Different pipe diameters of steel pipes require the use of different shot blasting or grit blasting equipment. Among them, shot blasting cleaning is driven by a hydraulic motor, and grit blasting cleaning is driven by a starter motor. We have designed inner wall shot blasting machines for large-diameter pipes and shot blasting machines for large and medium-sized steel pipes with a diameter of more than 500mm.

This equipment uses automatic shot blasting to remove surface rust. It utilizes the high-speed projectile stream emitted by the high-efficiency shot blaster to the oxide scale, rust layer and other debris on the inner surface of the steel pipe, so as to obtain a fine and bright surface, improve the tensile and compressive strength of the workpiece, increase the adhesion for inner surface painting protection, and achieve the purposes of anti-corrosion, pipe protection and prolonging the service life of the steel pipe.
