QAS90-25 shot blasting machine for aluminum profiles utilizes high-speed rotating impellers to throw steel grit (shot) onto the surface of aluminum materials. This process creates a uniform and fine sand surface, effectively removing defects such as mechanical lines, welding lines, and coarse grains.
