Continuous Steel Wire Mesh Belt Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine

This equipment is designed for the high-efficiency treatment of Aluminum die-castings and alloys used in automotive, alimentary, furnishing, lighting, telecommunications, and electric tools fields. It is also suitable for cast iron castings, steel pressing pieces, and brass molded pieces.

The work-pieces are placed on a high wear-resistance wire mesh conveyor, undergoing shot blasting from both above and below in a single pass through the blast chamber. Progress speed and blast wheel rotation can be precisely adjusted via an inverter.
