The steel pipe shot blasting machine is widely utilized across the metal gridding, petroleum, chemical, electric power, and urban centralized heating industries. Specifically designed for cleaning both inner and outer surfaces, these machines effectively remove scales and weld dregs to reveal the original metal color, increasing the surface area ratio for superior painting and coating adhesion.
This equipment removes oxide scale and rust to reach the national standard of SA2-SA3. It enhances the tensile and compressive resistance of the pipe surface while ensuring a reliable abrasion pattern depth. The derusting speed is adjustable from 1-6m/min to suit various pipe types.
Utilizing hydraulic, electric impeller heads or air pressure grit-blasting guns, this system eliminates welding slag and oxide coatings. Depending on the diameter (φ48-φ1000), it can be configured with single or multiple gun systems (up to eight guns). The process ensures a metallic sheen and prepares the surface to levels 2.5-3.
