Product Description

The roller conveyor shot blasting machine is a pass-through automatic shot blasting equipment. It is mainly used for surface rust cleaning and stress relief of various steel workpieces to enhance coating adhesion, improve fatigue resistance, and extend service life.

Cantilevered centrifugal blast turbines provide high blasting speeds and large abrasive flow rates, significantly improving cleaning efficiency. It is equipped with a high-efficiency dust collector and an intelligent PLC system for full automation.

Main Applications

  • Surface Cleaning
  • Corrosion Removal
  • Paint Stripping
  • Rust and Heat Scale Removal

Suitable Workpieces

  • Steel plates and H-beams
  • Steel tubes and rebars
  • Complex steel structures and pipes

Key System Components

1. Roller Conveyor System: Includes inlet, blasting chamber, and outlet sections. Features frequency conversion stepless speed control. The rollers are protected by replaceable wear-resistant sheaths.
