Mesh belt-type shot blasting machine / Sand blast Equipment is mainly used for thin-walled castings, fragile iron or aluminum alloy castings, ceramics, and other small parts surface treatment. It provides high cleaning efficiency with minimal deformation and no pit characteristics. It can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into a continuous production line.
The work-pieces are placed on a high-wear resistance wire mesh conveyor, undergoing shot blasting from both above and below in a single pass. Both the conveyor speed and blast wheel rotation are adjustable via Inverter.
