Fully automatic steel plate pipe shot blasting painting machine production line
The Steel plate is mainly used for surface treatment (namely preheating, rust removal, paint spraying and drying) of steel plate and various structural sections, as well as for cleaning and strengthening of metal structural parts.
The steel plate preservation line is mainly composed of three parts: shot blasting, paint spraying and drying. According to the user's production needs, shot blasting can be performed on a standalone machine, or the continuous operation of preheating, blast cleaning, paint spraying, and drying can be realized. The steel pretreatment line adopts programmable controller PLC to coordinate the work of the whole machine, which greatly improves production efficiency.

The workpieces after derusting enters the painting booth, and sprays the maintenance primer on the workpiece surface through the spray gun installed on the upper and lower painting cars.
The drying chamber is composed of a chamber body, an electric heating device, a fan, a plate chain conveyor, etc. The V type structure of conveyor synchronous running with the workpieces greatly reduce the contact area, avoiding film damage during drying and transportation.
