The system effectively handles residue via a blowing and brushing system that ensures every last trace is removed.
Scope of Shot Blasting:
• Descaling and removal of oxide and welding rest.
• Surface preparation for painting, plasticization, and enameling.
• Preparation of the surface for subsequent machining.
Shot Blasting Machine Overview
The QH69 series adopts a high-efficient blast wheel and full shutter type shot sand separator. The sweeping system utilizes specially made high-strength nylon rolling brushes and high-pressure ventilators. The complete equipment is controlled by PLC, representing international advanced standards for metal structural cleaning.
