Q69 series steel plate and section steel pretreatment line is mainly composed of such stage as preheating, shot blast cleaning, painting and stove, etc.

The shot blasting machine is suitable for the surface derusting and painting craft for steel plates, H section structure and other structures in industries such as ship-making, automobile making, locomotive vehicle, bridge and machinery.

Components continuously pass through the prechamber, the blasting chamber, and the cleaning chamber on a special roller conveyor. Highly efficient blast wheels make it possible to treat components on all sides to remove scale, rust and paint.

Equipped with 4 or 8 high power Hurricane blast wheels mounted around the housing, making it possible to treat complex components with difficult to reach areas.
🛡️
A highly wear-resistant wire mesh belt with tension adjustment provides part transport. Special belt guiding enables lower blast wheels to blast through one belt position to minimize masking.
