⚙️ Product Description
Vacuum Dust Free Sand Blasting Machine
Working Principle

This equipment adopts compressed air power, high-speed abrasive blast to the workpiece surface. After removing the rust and dirt from the surface, the surface reaches a specific cleanliness and roughness. Through a vacuum pump (or high-pressure fan) to produce negative pressure, the system recycles sand and dust. The equipment's sand and dust separation system separates the complete abrasive from the rust dust; the abrasive continues to recycle while the rust dust and dirt enter the dust collecting barrel.

Application Range

Widely used for descaling, surface texturing, and paint preparation. It is mainly used to clean rust at oil fields, container renewal, etc. The pneumatically generated abrasive recovery system allows it to be used without dust and disposal problems. Vacuum Blasting is ideal for large objects such as ship hulls, large tanks, and concrete bridge surfaces.

Key Features
  • Portable system used for lead and asbestos abatement, indoor blasting, bridge and road maintenance, building restoration, and other steel and concrete cleaning applications.
  • Blasts away rust, dirt, and paint quickly.
  • Vacuum recovery system at the blast nozzle to eliminate mess.
  • Media is recycled for continuous use.
  • Dust is captured in a container for ease of disposal.
  • Wheels and casters offer ease in mobility.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How does the vacuum recovery system work?
The system uses a vacuum pump or high-pressure fan to create negative pressure at the blast nozzle. This sucks up the abrasive media and debris immediately after impact, separating them for recycling or disposal.
2. Can this machine be used indoors?
Yes, the dust-free design makes it ideal for indoor blasting, building restoration, and lead abatement where containing dust and debris is critical.
3. What kind of surfaces can be cleaned?
It is highly effective on metal surfaces (like ship hulls and tanks) and concrete surfaces (like bridges and roads) for removing rust, paint, and dirt.
4. Is the blasting media reusable?
Yes, the equipment features a sand and dust separation system that cleans the abrasive media so it can be continuously recycled, reducing operational costs.
5. Is the equipment easy to transport?
The machine is designed with wheels and casters, making it highly portable and easy to move around various work sites.
6. What power source does it require?
The equipment primarily utilizes compressed air as its power source for both the blasting process and the abrasive recovery system.
