Q32 series shot blasting machine is a specialized cleaning equipment designed for descaling, oxide skin removal, and surface strengthening of small and medium castings, forgings, stamps, non-ferrous metal castings, gears, and springs.

Working Principle: The machine operates by placing workpieces into the blasting chamber on a continuous rubber belt. As the belt tumble-moves, the blast wheels throw abrasives at high speeds, forming a fan beam that evenly cleans the workpiece surfaces. The system features a closed-loop recycling process where abrasives are separated from dust and sand, then returned to the blasting chamber for reuse. The 3D computer-aided design of the blast wheel layout ensures maximum utilization of abrasives and minimizes wear on protective plates.
