Shot Blasting Line Overview
Automatic Steel Plate Shot Blasting

Shot Blasting and Priming Machine combine the blasting, coating and drying of workpieces such as sheet steel, profiles, pipes or steel structures in one automatic line.

The machines are ideal when there is a lengthy manufacturing or storage time between blasting and final coating. In order to prevent rust returning, a weld primer is applied to provide corrosion resistance for weeks. Sheet widths of up to 5000mm can be processed, with passage speeds varying from 1.0m/min to 5.0m/min.

🚀 Blasting Chamber

The blasting chamber liner is manufactured completely from high manganese steel (35HRC to more than 60HRC), providing exceptional durability. For aggressive shot, additional tool steel or cast material lining is available. V-Track mounted rubber curtains prevent shot leakage and are easy to replace.

Abrasive Cleaning

🧹 Abrasive Cleaning System

Rotation brushes and high-pressure blowers remove spent abrasive from the workpiece surface. A screw conveyor returns media back into circulation. The adjustable framework ensures the system adapts to different workpiece sizes automatically.

🎨 Spray & Drying Room

Spray Room: Applies 15-20 micron coating using air-flow directed labyrinth filters to protect the environment. Special chain conveyors minimize contact with the painted surface.

Drying Room: Operates in recycling mode with heated air (30°C to 80°C). Includes 10-15% fresh air intake to prevent solvent oversaturation.
