Cartridge Filter Dust Collector System for Sand Blasting is designed to filter and collect solid particulates in dust gas. This system is widely utilized across power stations, metallurgy, cement, glass, chemicals, and papermaking industries.

The dedusting efficiency is exceptional, reaching over 99.99%. The filter is engineered to be resilient against various dust properties, ensuring no impact from dust or electric resistance. It operates effectively in high-temperature environments exceeding 200ºC when equipped with high-temperature resistant materials such as glass fiber, PTFE, and P84.

By integrating and innovating upon domestic and foreign technologies, this system features multiple patented advancements in compressed air blowing and airflow distribution. The optimized design ensures high efficiency, low steel consumption, low resistance, and a compact footprint.

System Components
System Composition:
  • Upper Box: Includes cover plate and air outlet.
  • Middle Box: Includes perforated plate, filter frame, sock, and venture.
  • Under Box: Includes ash hopper, air intake, and access door.
  • Jetting System: Contains control valve, pulse electromagnetic valve, injection pipe, and air pocket.
Working Principle

As dust gas enters the middle and under boxes, particulates attach to the filter bags. The cleaned gas then exits through the venture and upper box. As dust accumulates, the pressure loss increases, triggering the controller. The controller activates pulse valves, releasing bursts of air through jetting holes into the filter bags. This causes the bags to expand rapidly, shaking off the dust into the hopper and allowing the filter bags to be recycled.
